Ms. Wang works primarily with technology, e-commerce and international businesses, practicing in the areas of corporate, commercial transactions, e-commerce, intellectual property and international arbitration.
Ms. Wang spends a good portion of her practice advising Chinese multinational companies, including state-owned, private and public companies, as to their business matters in the United States.
Apart from arbitrating disputes as an advocate before various arbitration tribunals, Ms. Wang also focuses her practice on the New York Convention related matters, including both confirmation and opposition of international arbitral awards.
Ms. Wang has spoken on various legal education programs in China and in the United States. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Wang was an Assistant Professor at the University of International Business and Economy (Beijing, China).
