Ms. Ruan practices in the areas of corporate, commercial contract, mergers and acquisitions, international business transaction, intellectual property, computer and internet law, technology licensing, and commercial banking.

Ms. Ruan has counseled multi-national clients, including Chinese companies doing business in the U.S., covering a wide range of industries, such as computer software and hardware, e-commerce, pharmaceutical, healthcare, transportation, commercial bank, etc.

Prior to practicing law, Ms. Ruan worked as an IT consultant for Goldman Sachs, AT&T and KPMG.

In addition, Ms. Ruan is a registered patent attorney to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
