Ms. Nanchahal practices in the areas of intellectual property, internet law, technology, licensing, corporate and commercial, merger and acquisition and international business.
Ms. Nanchahal is currently licensed to practice law in India as well as in the U.S.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Nanchahal was heading the IP practice group of a well known boutique law firm in New Delhi, India. As the head of the IP practice group, she counseled clients on protection, evaluation and commercialization of their intellectual property. She also advised several clients in the areas of corporate law, due diligence, financing and restructuring.
Apart from her attorney experience, Ms. Nanchahal has delivered lectures to post graduate students at the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi, India on intellectual property and cyber law. Additionally, she has assisted organizations such as Amnesty International and various forums supported by the European Commission, in carrying out regional studies, namely, in India, related to human right laws and policies.
Ms. Nanchahal presently focuses on providing legal services to technology companies.
