Mr. Rosensteel practices in the areas of technology, corporate, commercial, business and tax law. His practice is devoted to the representation of high technology clients, because of his extensive experience in the computer industry.

Prior to Rosensteel Law, he worked in the computer industry for over a decade in various capacities.

Mr. Rosensteel also has substantial experience as an arbitrator. For the last 15 years, he has been an arbitrator with the AAA, NASD, and other domestic and international dispute resolution associations.
