Ms. Faden practices in the area of intellectual property, commercial transactions, and corporate law.
Most recently, Ms. Faden has worked as Law Clerk to The Hon. Judge Kenneth Chu at the Social Security Administration in Kings County, New York. Prior to her clerkship, Ms. Faden authored the Continuing Legal Education program, “Social Networries: Internet Usage and Guidance for Lawyers and Judges,” which was presented by New York City Tax Commission at the City of New York Administrative Judicial Institute.
During Law School, Ms. Faden concentrated her studies in Intellectual Property and International Law, and spent the summer of 2009 studying International and Comparative Law at the University of Bologna, in Bologna Italy. In the summer of 2011 Ms. Faden studied Spanish language and culture at The Berlitz Language Institute in Madrid, Spain.
