Ms. Wong primarily focuses on the corporate organizations and commercial transactions. She also advises companies on various aspects of setting up  a business presence in the US.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Wong worked with the corporate/commercial and litigation practice group at Joseph Hoo Morris & Kumar, Singapore. She was also a legal counsel at the Shipyard Division of Sembawang Corporation, a public company in Singapore, mainly responsible for commercial agreements and litigation/claims management.

In addition, Ms. Wong was a part of the Mergers and Acquisition Team of Stikeman Elliot, Toronto, and the Legal and Compliance Department of Citi Cards, Canada.  

Ms. Wong is licensed to practice law in Canada as well as in the US.
